This release rolls out two improvements to make August more flexible for every type of landlord. Three new subscriptions tiers and a full set of ready to use Landlord templates embedded in our Compliance checklist.

We’ve introduced clearer plans so you can choose exactly what you need and nothing you don’t. You can switch plans any time.
Starter - Our budget-friendly option for landlords with one or two properties who want the essentials without the overhead.
Growth - Built for small to medium portfolios. Growth unlocks more power across the app so you can make the most of August.
Portfolio - For those who want August without limits. Portfolio is designed for multi-property and professional operators who need all of what August has to offer.
